Complaints Procedure

We take complaints about our work, staff and levels of service very seriously. If you, as a customer, are not satisfied, please follow the process for raising a formal complaint.

Present your case for complaint, together with all supporting records of evidence, as soon as possible. You should include your name, address and contact details to enable us to respond promptly. You can expect us to acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 10 working days from receipt. Your complaint will be fully investigated and a response provided to you within 20 working days.

Our customers are entirely corporate in nature, either with fleets of vehicles or with property. Our marketing team will not ‘cold-call’ private individuals to entice you to make a personal claim. Such practice is not within our business model nor our marketing strategy. We do not employ telemarketing companies to act on our behalf. We do not buy or sell data of private individuals.

If our claims team calls you, it will be in relation to a specific incident for which we have been instructed by our customer to investigate. If you have ‘caller display’ enabled on your telephone, you will see our main telephone number appear on your handset.
